There are many reasons why Jatayu Earth’s Center can be aptly termed as a ‘unique’ venture. One of the important factors in this regard is the wonder that the Center is spread across 4 majestic hills. Know more on these and feel your fascination ascending to new heights.
The Jatayu Rock Hill is perhaps the centrepiece of attraction that binds the entire centre together. This giant rock stands tall at a height of 1000 ft. Right on its heart is the world’s largest bird sculpture – the Jatayu Sculpture. Inside the Sculpture is an exhilarating 15,000 sq. ft. of utility space which includes an audio-visual museum that spans over five levels. The multi-dimensional mini theatre and a replica of the Palace of Janaka lend this space a very special aura. Situated just next to the sculpture is the temple dedicated to Lord Rama. A footprint, believed to be that of Lord Rama, can also be found in this hill.
To add to all of this, the Jatayu Rock Hill also has a rainwater reservoir that can hold 1.5 million litres of water. Also present in the hill are refreshment centres where you can enjoy your favourite delicacies, experiencing the breathtaking view around.
Adventure seekers, here’s your hotspot. The Adventure Rock Hill hosts all the adventure activities that make the Centre a truly special destination. Designed and operated adhering to all the international safety standards, this centre is ideal for groups ranging from 10 to 100 individuals. Right from Rappelling and rock climbing to archery and shooting, the attractions that this centre offer are many; one of the highlight activities being the paintball station spread across a large natural terrain. A hill that once lied in deep slumber is now a lively and lovely strip of land offering the visitors various surprising experiences. One of them is the 300 m long Zipline that enthrals any visitor who would love to give it a try. Another entrancing attraction of the Elephant Hill is the tent houses that are arranged over the rocks, overlooking the deep valley beyond. Campfire, Moonlight dinner, live music – get yourself pampered as you enjoy all these soothing leisures, as you lie in a pensive mood, gazing at the galaxy of stars lighting up the dark sky.
Nestled deep inside the Kitchen Rock Hill is a formation of natural caves where you could revitalize your inner and physical self with the 10-day long Siddha Rejuvenation package. There’s a herbal garden in this hill that boasts of a variety of rare herbs and plants which you can visit.
